So if you want to go through Poshmark then you will have to put in a claim and send the charm back through Poshmark , they then refund you and you will have to order the Buddha charm and we will send you. Or we could do privately where you return the duck back to us yourself through regular mail and we send you the correct charm. Again so sorry for this error !
