sarabrauckman @katbeeson I am refusing the package a d asking for my money back. you only paid $6.97 in shipping and I was left with a bill for $127.44 to pay for additional packing. This is not ok

katbeeson I’m so very sorry. Like I said, this was my first sale on Poshmark and I relied on the shipping store to tell me what to do. Every shipment is about $7.11. I asked my shipment store how much extra they needed and they charged me 19.99 for the box, then told me that’s all I had to do. I’ve now learned that we shouldn’t ship anything over 5-10lbs. I’m really sorry you had to go through this. This was never my intention.

katbeeson Below is email I received from Poshmark when I tried to fix this: Additional postage fees typically occur because the item was shipped out in the wrong box, or the item was overweight. If the buyer does not want to delay receiving their item, they can accept it, pay the amount, and we can refund them if they provide us with a USPS receipt. They can also deny it and have it sent back to you. You will need to repackage the item and request a new shipping label.
