@stylebyria Does that mean you think you shipped the items I purchased to someone else? USPS is still showing the package in "pre-shipment/usps awaiting item"... so, so you still have it in your possession to confirm the items inside the package?

@saramwoods it’s more if I think I may have shipped you just one. I’m not quite sure. I know I just saw the purple one in my inventory. If that is the case and I just shipped one. I will ship the purple one from my own pocket. I feel terrible about it and will send you the receipt with the tracking number.

@saramwoods I think the ups has lost your package in shipping. It still not tracking. I think you can contact posh and ask for a refund. In description it should say for what reason just put item is lost and was shipped out almost a week ago. I’m so sorry for this experience.

You said you still have the purple one in your inventory and therefore believed it was not included in the original shipment as it should have been... I would still like that item.

@saramwoods that’s absolutely fine. I will ship out the purple one in an hour. That way you can get your refund back and get the purple wallet! I actually just found a similar wallet that I will throw into your purchase because this transaction hasn’t been smooth. So sorry i know some other posher have a problem with their packages getting lost. I’ll send you the tracking number as soon as I ship it out.

Thank you. I was unable to request cancellation/refund via the order status page because it has already been shipped. I sent a message via Poshmark's Contact Support link... hopefully that will work.

@saramwoods I just left the post office and he looked the tracking number up and said that it wasn’t shipped! So confusing. Rest assured you will have the purple wallet and identical wallet. This transaction has been a real mess and so sorry about it. You should have your wallets Wednesday.

So, did the post office find the original package, or are you still shipping the purple wallet and another similar wallet as a replacement for the lost original package?

@saramwoods it is the same tracking number. I reprinted the postal sticker and took it to the post office for them to see if the number was tracking. He said it wasn’t. He said i can use that one. I said are you sure and he said yes because it’s been a week and it’s not tracking. So I mailed
Out the purple one and a similar black one. Posh refunded your money this morning. Hopefully there’s no issue with this package.
