mackenzieroseo @smaiorana12 If the item is misrepresented or damaged, you have 3 days to file a claim. If you don't within that 3 day window, the buyer will be paid and you will be stuck with the item.

smaiorana12 Hi @mackenzieroseo ! Another question for you, how do you know if a user is active. Meaning... you are anxiously waiting to hear back from them and days go by and nothing is said. Does this mean they aren’t selling anymore?
