Hey Sarah, this is Tereza From just Bagget where you bought your Nautica coat. I am shipping it right now and I wanted to tell you do not use a knife to cut the tape peel the tape back because the down is directly underneath the tape all the way around if you cut anywhere on the tape you will cut your coat. please confirm that you read this and understand not to cut the tape or the box this just peel the tape.
