Unfortunately the dress has a large hole in the front which was not disclosed in your listing so I wasn’t aware I was buying a flawed item. I can’t use the dress bec it the large hole & have taken photos of you need them. Am quite upset as had never happened to me before! Would you kindly refund my money & I will return to you? Thanks! comp199 @melindadances Hello! I'm so sorry to hear that! I do another item inspection prior to shipping and there were no issues prior to shipping. Did your package arrive damaged? Unlike other platforms, Poshmark does not allow sellers to directly refund. I encourage you to contact Poshmark directly, however, if you received a package that was mishandled and caused damage during transit.

I should’ve inspected before I accepted the offer so take responsibility but I trusted the dress was as advertised in photo & description so I failed to check before hand. Too bad as I love the dress but can’t wear w the hole on front side! Hope you will issue refund & return label for this dress. Will you pls contact customer support for me & I will try reaching out again! Thanks!
