Hi. Yes, I had trouble getting the seller to respond. I finally received the item after 12 days. I also noticed that the seller was active several times. It was frustrating to say the least. I also noticed other people's comments that this was happening to them. My suggestion is to message daily on the comments for the item and on the comments directly to the seller. Good luck to you. I hope that you are able to get your item soon!
