smoreuggs @llepardo hello I’m sorry you are upset about posh Mark‘s guidelines and now you are trying to make up excuses and want to return the item. We buy directly from the manufacture and have receipts and credit line statements to prove. Also feel free to take them into any UGG store to have it authenticated.
