brendazumba Hi there , thank you for shipping the chenille sweater so fast. So there is a hole under the arm, chenille unravels quickly, hard to find a used one without damage. Since this is a gift I need one I damaged. Should I initiate a buyer complaint case ? Or would you prefer to cancel sale ? Just let me know ok ? Thank you

sweiner199418 @brendazumba can you send a picture of hole? I double checked the sweater and couldn’t find anything so I apologize! If we cancel the sale would It refund your money? You can keep the sweater or donate it no need to send back but I want to make sure you get your money back if there is a hole that wasn’t mentioned before!

brendazumba @sweiner199418 sure I can show you the hole , how do I upload the photo to you ? It’s under the arm. My daughter wanted one of these but yours is the second one I’ve purchased with a hole. I also bought her a small but it’s too short for her , 5’11” . So I’m selling the small. Any way, yes what I have done for buyers is canceled sale. I have never processed a return for a buyer so not sure how.
