I contacted you immediately after finding that an item from bundle was missing and waited 4 days to hear from you. I didn't receive a reply so replaced a pair of $3 jeans with a$20 top and now you're filing a complaint? I hope others read this before selling to you. I will start reading about my buyers before accepting anything further offers or sales. You should probably shop in stores not online.

It was my first time shipping a bundle of that size and having to pay more than the top tier of extra weight offered by PM, so I did not update the tracking with them.
