aracelids @scholmes23 Hello. Oh no! I’m so sorry that that has happened to you. If you already bought the item, you should automatically be notified immediately through the Poshmark system that your item has been shipped and the system will provide you the tracking information immediately. If that has not happened then chances are they haven’t shipped the item yet. Please keep in mind that the seller has up to 7 days after you purchased the item to ship out.

aracelids @scholmes23 If you go under the sellers profile, it will indicate the sellers average shipping time. If it has been 7 days and they haven’t shipped your item, then at that time you as a buyer has the option to cancel the transaction completely. Can I ask when you purchased?

scholmes23 @aracelids I purchased a Apple Watch on Friday. She said she would give me the tracking number and I haven’t heard from her since asking for it. She has also since deleted all of her listed items she wanted to sell. Including the watch.

aracelids @scholmes23 Hello. So sorry for the delay. Oh wow, yes, there is something definitely wrong there. Yes, you will definitely get your money back. I suggest you email Poshmark customer service immediately and just explain everything and ask them to cancel the order and issue a refund. I’m so sorry that your first buyers experience didn’t turn out as expected. That is so unfortunate. I truly hope this helps.
