brittagoodall @sspeer07 Hi Sara! My status updated to delivered but wanted to confirm you got it! Also if you haven't already,there is another box coming in the next few days (fingers crossed lol) let me know when you FINALLY GET IT! I wrote a very long email to Posh Corporate last night about this, hopefully it put that pep in their step!

sspeer07 @brittagoodall Hey Britta! The box that was delivered was actually box number 2 with the pants and extras (thanks by the way). the first box is still missing. I messaged posh customer service to see what I am supposed to do about hitting the accept button since box 1 is still missing.

sspeer07 @brittagoodall So.... I hope you are having better luck with posh customer service.... I sent an email about box 1 which contains 6 of the 7 purchased items being lost with USPS... they responded telling me to take a picture of the misrepresented item for them to evaluate...... I am going to try to send another email and see if I can attach a screenshot of the tracking info... maybe they can evaluate that! let me know if you are having any better luck!

brittagoodall @sspeer07 So I wrote them a pretty well written email, stating that I sent them an email requesting an extra label for the missing piece of the bundle. She received THAT and only that. Plus there is record of me talking to Poshmark way before this. I told them I am ready to file a claim against them. This is so absurd . Still waiting on a response back as well!

brittagoodall I have like 10 emails about this missing bundle including the "one time , free label for the missing piece" so hopefully they can put 2 and 2 together , they really are disappointing me . I have only been on here for 2 months and the other day another package was mis sent to another delivery place! luckily the lady got it though still. But this is ridiculous

sspeer07 @brittagoodall Hey! just a heads up.... posh sent me another not-super-helpful email. It said that I had to go to the purchase and hit problem with order and then submit a request for a formal review describing what was wrong with the product.... So it said on that screen that the seller can see what I put so I wanted you to know why it says there is a problem with it.

sspeer07 (sorry message limit 1st time) I tried to make it very clear that you and I were both trying to get help. Just please know I do not think any of this is your fault at all and the 1 product from my order was as described and as I expected. hopefully we can get some help! I wish I could find a phone number to call and try to talk to a human customer service rep... I never feel like I get very far with emailing customer service with any company! brittagoodall @sspeer07 I know right ! Ugh some of my orders have been mis shipped or sit in another place for over like 2 days than get shipped even though it says priority 3 day ! Haven't been to happy lately with the postal service
