I really do appreciate it. That being said I do not appreciate the 2 out 5 star rating you gave me especially considering it’s the first non 5 star rating I’ve received on here.

zlrp8 Your two issues where timeliness as well as cleanliness.... let’s start with the latter. If you’d taken a close look at the very well lit pictures or taken the time to read the comment I made “a toothbrush and some bleach would make these look like brand new” they are also advertised as “used”.

zlrp8 The reason those 60 dollar shoes where so extremely cheap is because they are somewhat worn and dirty....hence the before mentioned comment pertaining to bleach. As for the issue of your timeliness concern, I truly wish you had just sent me a message and I would have gladly sent your package out much sooner.

zlrp8 Let me explain to you as to why I didn’t, I actually had two packages go out last week and one of the items was in storage. Rather than make my ups driver come to my house twice in one week, further increasing their company’s massive carbon footprint, I waited until I was able to have both packages ready for shipment at the same time. Your package took one week and one day to get to you from the time it was ordered

zlrp8 . Considering the massive complications involving transportation and shipping due to covid-19 I’d consider that “okay” certainly not a 2 out of 5. And the shoes arrived exactly as pictured AND DESCRIBED! Rating on here really can effect sales, and in a time of financial hardship every cent counts so next time you have an issue with me, or any other posher, please feel free to message us first as opposed to waiting until after the fact and leaving a poor review.
