Hey there. I sent you a pair on Kendra Scott earrings earlier this week that you purchased from me. For some reason, Poshmark hasn’t updated the tracking info. Will you please let me know when you receive them, so I know they made it. This has never happened to me before with Poshmark

@skelco11 hey, I’ve received the necklace. Several of the prongs are not properly in place, making the stones wiggly. Was this a stone swap necklace? I have several of these necklaces and checked those to see if they have the wiggle issue, and none of them do.
I plan on taking it into our local KS store to see if they can tighten the prongs. Until then, I am holding off accepting.

@barnsar I’m sorry to hear this. I bought it directly from KS Atlanta Lenox Square and kept it stored the whole time. I once received a rose quartz from them in the mail and one of the stones had completely fallen out in the box, so that may be an issue on some of them. I took it to the store and they just tightened all the prongs for me and it was never an issue wearing it. I hope it works out okay b/c it is so beautiful.

@barnsar and no, it’s not a swap. I’ve never even attempted one b/c I’m a chicken and I’m not handy at all. I was always too worried that I’d mess up and ruin an expensive, irreplaceable piece.

I wish there was a way to have a private message/conversation on postmark, because I would have preferred to ask in private. I’ll do my best to get to the store today so I can get your acceptance done. Thank you for your quick communication. The necklace is gorgeous and absolutely perfect for fall.
