theserenegamine @celclark1959 I Xlist on another platform & when an item sells, I come to PM & edit the listing to read :PENDING elsewhere: if they haven’t paid yet or :SOLD elsewhere: when they have. I try to make sure I change the availability so it’s not confusing for Poshers searching. Elsewhere, when I’ve sold a Xlisted item, I’ll copy the listing so I don’t lose all the info & then delete the listing, just in case the transaction falls through.

theserenegamine On PM, l leave the listing up, “not for sale” with the edited Title, hoping if a purchaser navigates to my closet, they’ll understand almost all of my items are Xlisted. If it is - my item can be found with the same verbiage, most usually at a savings, as PM takes a significant %. Clear as mud? HTH - I started doing that bc I needed increased listings to attain PM Ambassador, so I’d leave them up.
