I noticed a black mark from a marker on this and thought it was pictured and listed as a callout but I didn't see it when ai checked the listing. I also have not tried to remove it so it might not be that big of a deal, but I would like to at least upload the image and let you decide for yourself if you want to resubmit the offer at that time.
