A couple basics....never ship an item within 3 hours of the sale since a buyer has 3 hours to cancel a transaction. And if you want to reach someone remember to use the @ symbol before their username. I kept forgetting that one in the beginning! 💕 HAPPY POSHING 💕

meboutique I was expecting to see reserved or something on the listing thinking someone else had an offer on it also. I would try removing my credit card from the profile and then add it back on. You may also want to check with your bank and see if they flagged it. That used to happen to me when I first started buying on Posh with my Amex. Drove me crazy! I finally switched the card in my profile.

mommatauris Hello. I am the one who you purchased the BKE jeans from. I am notifying you to let you know that to my horror and embarasment there was a lable mix up and i sent you a shirt and not the jeans.:-( i am so humiliated! I will send the jeans out to you today! I notified poshmark about the issue. They said if you will select item not as described, they will cover return shipping of the shirt to me. I will send your jeans out. And i apologise 10x's over for this trrible mistake.
