fashiondiva382 Hi there. I just received your review/rating. I don’t know how it would be possible that your shorts arrived in the condition you stated. My items are laundered before being shipped and also inspected before packaging. Your order was also put in three bags in addition to a sturdy box to protect your order. Very odd. Perhaps I’m being mixed up with another seller? Also, the size is a 6, as stated in the listing. Sellers can’t control the fit, unfortunately.

sbubb @fashiondiva382 I can send photos of the black streaks across the front of the legs. I understand that you don’t control the sizing, I’m just surprised by the dramatic difference between these and my other Lululemon pieces, including a pair of the same shorts in a different color.

fashiondiva382 @sbubb Hi there. All that I can figure is postal worker tampering. Posh has become quite known because of the ads and I’ve heard of this sort of thing happening. People open up the packages hoping for treasures. I have pics as well showing what the shorts looked like before they were shipped. No streaks at all, they were perfect...

fashiondiva382 Once a package is accepted, there’s nothing that can be done through Posh. When items are received in a condition not as stated, a case can be opened with Posh. Both the buyer and seller sends photos and Posh decides from that. After acceptance, that option isn’t a possibility. That’s why you have three days to inspect your item. As sellers, it’s out of our hands at that point. I wish you had at least contacted me first and I could have counseled you.

fashiondiva382 @sbubb One option you may have is to take them to a Lulu store and maybe get a different pair due to the sizing issue. It’s certainly possible they’ve been mis-labeled. It’s pretty rare, but it can happen. You won’t be able to find the same pair since they’ve been sold out for a while, but they may let you get another pair. The Lulu stores are pretty accommodating. It’s worth a try.
