plang75 Hi Sarah - just wanted to give you a heads up that a bundle package I ordered from you has not arrived, I have been in contact with USPS and it is stuck in a USPS facility in MI and I got a CA# for them to try to track this down.

ssiwik @plang75 Hi I'm so sorry for the trouble. I have been checking on that myself and have gotten poshmark involved. I'm have been told to follow up with them on Monday 7/25 if you still haven't received it. USPS has not been at all helpful, they basically said it will ship when they ship it. I will keep following up on this...hopefully it will be resolved soon.

ssiwik @plang75 I got a letter from the post office saying the package was damaged and I have to go my local post office and file a claim. I'm not sure what else to do here but I'm contacting posh mark to find out.

ssiwik @plang75 I have submitted a claim with usps and poshmark said if I don't get the package back by end of day today to let them know. I don't think the package is going to show up today but I will wait and notify them this evening
