My friend made my Posh page for me last year and I didn't actively start selling until mid January of this year, after 19 years of doing hair, I had to retire due to an allergy to color/products😵. I would suggest that you open a case that says item not as described and show pictures that it was the wrong item so Poshmark can approve the return. Maybe I didn’t do something right but I don’t know what else to tell them. I don’t know where I can take a picture on that site. There is no place to submit a picture. She asked me did I want her to send the top back to me and that she would need a return label. I informed her that Poshmark had already sent her a return label last week and to check her emails. Hopefully she sends it out today💞
