katzkoz U GOT IT!! Sharing is important because its the only way we can get our stuff "shown". If U were in a Mall, U could go window shopping & see a bunch of clothes in the windows. But, we cant do that on the internet. So...we have to get our " stuff out there"! So...this is the only way to "go window shopping"!. But....U got it!

emismommy @katzkoz ☺️☺️☺️☺️ Well, let me ask you this... What is your packaging like? My first sales were meh. Then I bought packaging and tissue and ribbon. I was proud of my more recent sales. However, I don't want to spend more trying to make a pretty presentation than I'm actually earning--especially for less than $15 sales.

katzkoz Awesome!!!! Thats great! When I 1st started, I sewed really cool bags (I'm a seamstress) w/metal accents on them. Wrapped item w/paper & ribbon. Got awesome feedbag but......took WAY too much time! So now, its paper & ribbon & homemade card. Go to a DOLLAR Store & pick up supplies! I no longer have time to do anything.

katzkoz Plus...if Ur selling things under $15, U really need to be conservative! I go to $$ Store, pic up tape & paper. Go to places that have good prices on things. Buy in volume like at SAMS or any of those big supply places. Hope this helps a bit. Food for thought.

emismommy @katzkoz Okay this might be a smidgen foolish... But how do you determine how you price a used item? I mean, i wasn't getting hits until I lowered my prices significantly. Truth be told, the stuff is quality stuff that Ive only used a handful of times, but I just have too much!

katzkoz @emismommy Yes...I was doing the same thing when I started. Really took a hit on some really expensive, high quality stuff that I didn't use. But... it seems, the more I shared & got more FOLLOWERS, my sales went up THAT nite!! Its ALSO about PAY SCHEDULES! When people get paid! Every 2 wks. So....THIS is what I'VE learned. Hope it makes sense.

emismommy @katzkoz Hey! Howdy today? How do you ship shoes that don't fit in the postal box? Lol! My first sale was a pair of platform MK heels. I asked the postal worker what was available for shipping the item, and she pointed right at PRIORITY TAPE! "Yeah, just tape it up so it won't open." I was very embarrassed with having ruined the shoebox like that, but decided "well, at least she'll always know what shoe is in that box😒." And shares are way up today! 😊💕

katzkoz @emismommy YAH! for Ur first sale!! I went it the Dollar store & bought a couple of those really big bags w/bubble wrap in it already, tore two sides of 2 bags, put a big pocket book already wrapped, & put it in, taped up the 2 bags w/mauling tape....& it fit!!! Uve got to be creative & crafty. GI TO THE DOLLAR STORES!!! STOCK UP!;
