My necklace is 100 Authentic posh even lets you send back if its not Authentic. I don't care if you buy my necklace or not I just can't stand someone who has nothing to do but harrass all my buyers

lolas_boutique_ @sarahbeth24720 I always ship same or next day my postal service has been terrible about scanning in and the holidays have made it worse, all of my many packages were all very very late due to the holiday I promise you I shipped right away. Also I try to always package cute, they should have been wrapped in bubble wrap , then tissue and placed in a cute bag. That’s how I do it and get rave reviews. Can I ask what I did wrong with packaging ? I am so so very sorry it was a 3 star for you.

I am so so sorry that you are unhappy, could you just send them back so the rating can be removed or what can I do in order to make this good for you? I have complained many times to my post office for not scanning in and tracking but I am honest and assure you I shipped timely, you can even call them they know me from my complaints

sarahbeth24720 @lolas_boutique_ I fixed the rating. But, what I didn't like about the packaging is that the earrings were just wadded up in tape. I bought them for my niece and she almost broke one trying to get the tape undone. And the ship time, while I understand its out of your control after you drop it off at the post office, was over a month from the time I bought it until I actually received it.

lolas_boutique_ @sarahbeth24720 I dropped it off a day or no more than two days after I made them . The post office right now and then has been extremely backed up. I just got a package I bought 43 days ago! Most packages I sent out before Christmas didn’t make it. As far as the tape, I don’t just tape up my jewelry I wrap it in bubble wrap then tape them so they don’t get broke during delivery.
