sonyaloveskorn Hi Sarah. I’m not sure why you rated so low for cleanliness on the ugg boots you purchased. I had them cleaned before I posted them, and they are exactly as pictured. I would have gladly refunded your money and took a return, had you messaged me before rating. So sorry you were unsatisfied. Not sure I can do anything at this point, since you already rated. But hopefully in the future you will give a seller a chance to make your purchase a satisfactory experience and not jump to a low rating :(
