_simplestyle Hi, I just got your feedback. I have to say I’m very surprised and my apologies if you noticed something we did not. I gave the item a really good look over and had a second pair of eyes go over it like I do with all of my items. This hoodie is heathered, so I’m not sure if what you’re noticing is “staining on the cuff” or if it’s the dye of the fabric. I packed and shipped the same day of purchase to give you the best service, so it’s unfortunate my efforts resulted in such a poor rating.

_simplestyle I posted the unfiltered photos of the item the day of purchase and as I’m going back through them, there’s no obvious signs of staining. If you want to return the item for your money back, I’d be happy to oblige.

sarahnafie1 @arielc10 hi there, I washed the item and it seems to have gotten the staining out which makes me think that the sweatshirt wasn’t laundered before it was sent. The stains looked like coffee or another brownish substance and were on the inside of the cuff so when you fold the cuffs back to not use the thumb holes it showed. I washed it, and it seems to have taken out most of the stain. I do appreciate the fast shipping. Sounds like it wasn’t seen by you so no worries there.
