chicychic Sarah, if you tried to cancel the order, you could’ve just notified me, I’d gladly have canceled it on my end. You received a brand new product (gift wrapped) AND the mask as a gift! Why you are claiming that you didn’t receive the mask and complaining about receiving a brand new product for 1/2 price is beyond me. Please DO NOT shop from my closet again!

shatfield61 @chicychic it's clear that you didn't read my first post correctly so I'll do my best to simplify it for you. I have no complaints about the makeup I bought from you or even how much I paid for it. I guarantee that if I did get the mask you promised me I wouldn't lie about getting it. I'm bothered by you telling me you're going to mail it next day with the mask and almost 7 days later it finally gets sent out and there was no mask. I have no plans to Ever shop from your closet again.
