myrriahjoy Thank you Sarah for your purchase. This sale was a difficult one for me. I've had that dress so long and it's such a lovely example of dresses from that era but I hope you love it as much as I have. I think I may need a little extra time to get this ready to ship. As long as I have it to the post office Tuesday morning, will that give you enough time to receive it for your event? I think I need a longer flat box and I'd like to do a home dry cleaning cycle on it. Let me know.

sarahawillard @myrriahjoy I'm so excited to receive it. I've been looking for the perfect dress for many hours now and chose yours. I'm looking for the perfect accessories now - the event is a particularly special one I've been looking forward to for a little over a year. I love the modesty and casual elegance of it (which is to say trust me, this dress is going to a good home). Tuesday morning is fine - my main concern was getting it dry cleaned ☺️ I'm happy to receive a dress so cherished. Thanks again!

myrriahjoy @sarahawillard Great. I really do hope it works for your event. U may choose not to dry clean it once u get it. I'm gonna look for any areas that may be discolored due to storage and clean those. After that, I'll use the dryer and home dry cleaning kit to sanitize it. I'll steam and press it to.

myrriahjoy @sarahawillard Also, dresses from this time are unlined. Women wore a lot of undergarments so there wasn't much need to line clothing. I have some vintage slips that may work under this. What is your bra size?

Vintage jewelry would be perfect for this dress. I'll send you a text after I mail on Tuesday. I'm gonna bring it to the PO because of its potential size and I expect to get there around 9am.
