@sarahdeon you're a bi*ch for that fr. you knew they had a chunk taken out of the heel when you bought them because it was in the pictures. if you didnt want them like that you shouldn't have bought them you dont rate poorly based on condition when the seller was up front about the condition.

I noticed u took pictures from all sides of the shoes except for the 1 w/ the damaged area. I see something from the photo of the heels, but not enough to tell. I wouldn’t call that being completely transparent. But I believe they’re worth $20.00. Too bad you have to be nasty when someone questions you. U have a lot to learn about business and customer service. Repeat customers are key to continued success. Do u want future customers to see your response?
