smile_a_while @quel326 actually, after looking at it a bit closer, it looks like one of the pieces of leather that needs to be repaired is fake. Did you have that replaced by someone other than LV and if so, will LV repair this bag that has a fake piece on it already??

quel326 Yeah both sides over there have to be replaced I had it done at Militello shoes in Baton Rouge but on the parts is an authentic that was the only place I knew to have the leather replaced and when the other one did that when it was almost snapped from me I just I don't I don't ever have the patience and time to do something like that but yeah I had one of them temporarily replaced until it could be sent off and I just never sent it off I think they charge me $15 for it

quel326 No I know which one you're talking about it's right next to the one that needs to be replace that one was done at Militello shoe in Baton Rouge I did replace that one but dumb I had advertise it says that on the leather holding the handle needs to be replaced on both of them and I paid $15 to do that that's probably why it isn't real leather

smile_a_while @quel326 I understand. But when they replaced this piece, they sewed all the way thru the lining, and the same with the metal piece- it is visible from the inside.. this was not documented in the photos you listed, and I am concerned with LV not wanting to replace this piece because the design and structure of the handle has been compromised. I'm going to take this in to LV and see if it's something the are willing to fix.... if they can't fix it, i think it's only fair for you to refund me.

quel326 Man this is why I reduce the 1st to 190 it's a $1650 purse it's only been used about two or three weeks that's why I priced at the price I did

smile_a_while if it is broken and cannot be fixed, and no one can use it- it is worth $0. And there is no way that this bag acquired this much wear in 2-3 weeks. The date code is SD0081 which means this bag was made in 2008. I am not a millionaire with a huge LV collection, but I know enough to do research on a very well known brand. I am not trying to be rude. I wanted to buy this cute vintage bag for myself for my birthday and I just want to be able to use this and keep it.
