@sarahacunning you package was finally delivered back to me today. You stated that it couldn't be delivered because you had the wrong apartment number on Posh and that you changed it in the system... well when I go to download the new label, it's still the exact same address including apt #. I was planning on reshipping it back to you considering you purchased this item on Feb 7 and I shipped on the 8th, I am ready to reship to complete this sale. It's been nearly 3 weeks.

Hi there, do you have any idea what happened with the recent sale of you BCBG dress? I just got an email from posh saying the sale was canceled however I shipped this promptly and the transaction had completed over two weeks ago. They’re saying it was returned to sender however I do not have this dress and it was never returned to me. I never heard from you regarding non-delivery so I’m very confused at this point.

@jynxxxd Hi! I’m sorry I just saw both your messages. I’m confused, your first message said you did receive the dress back and the second is saying you didn’t? Perhaps you mean you haven’t received it back since re-shipping it? I think it just takes awhile to get returned to sender. I contacted posh right after I made the order to tell them the address was wrong and give them my new address. They told me they were going to give you the right address and have it re sent right away.

After it still didn’t come I emailed them as there is no phone number, which is super frustrating, I got one email back saying that it would be taken care of. I let another week go by and still nothing then emailed again, no answer, emailed again, no answer, at which point I was incredibly mad and went off on posh mark via email, asked for a refund. No one ever responded other than to say that the order was canceled. No one from their team explained their poor customer service to me

Nor did they apologize. It’s insane their lack of customer service. It’s more insane that they don’t have a phone number to get things easily resolved in a quick fashion. I’m sure this has been equally frustrating to you. I’m sorry about their awful team. I’m sure the dress will come back to you soon. Maybe call the post office

Things have been extremely odd lately on Posh... first I only ever messaged you once, I think you may have me confused with the other comment above mine. On my end.... I mailed the dress out promptly after your order and I did see that it was delivered and automatically accepted on day three and my funds were released. Then...

@sarahacunning .... I get a message a bit over two weeks later from Posh saying the order was canceled as the dress had been returned to sender (me). Posh then took money from another sale of mine that had JUST cleared. I never received the dress back and after orders are delivered they wipe out the tracking number so I can’t even inquire at my PO. I also read Posh the riot act via email and they finally compensated me as well.

@sarahacunning I’m happy to hear you were finally refunded and I’m sorry you also had a poor experience. Posh has definitely been a little wonky lately. This is the second incidence I’ve had in the last few months that they haven’t sent the updated shipping label. It’s very irritating that their customer service is so poor given the 20% fee they take from their sellers. One would think they could do a bit better.
