I am so sorry to see that you were not satisfied with your purchase, I really try to do my best to send my items in a very good condition and ship as soon as possible , I really feel bad that you would say something about my item not being clean, because you know that bad ratings really affect us, and those jeans were new in close bag, from a smoke and pet free home, just trying to say I really apologize that you were not happy with the item.
