When packing them up for you, I discovered that in my ex-husbands “thorough packing job”, the packaging got open and the bonus lens fell out. They’re still brand new, in the package and unworn, just without the bonus lens. Is that okay?

amykzca Hi Sarah, Just was aware of the case regarding the masks you received. To my understanding, you would like to keep the kids mask and return adult mask, so it is partial return. I can def exchange if you want, however the one you ordered is sold out. The one you have received is higher in price and cotton blend. I am not sure if partial return is possible, would like to keep or return full order ?

kiwisgb80 @amykzca hi, I pushed a button declining $5 credit for keeping the masks and it may have defaulted to a full return. A label was emailed to me. I'd like to send back the adult masks so you can resell them. The kid masks have been washed and worn, so it doesn't make sense to return them. If I can get $10 refund/credit that is great, otherwise would you be willing to send me the pink frozen mask as an exchange? Let me know how you want to proceed. Thanks.

amykzca @kiwisgb80 Hi Sarah, If you use posh label, according to posh rules, full bundle should be returned and they don’t support partial refund. Posh uses tracking and when package delivered full amount will be refunded automatically. It is okay if you have used the kids masks

kiwisgb80 @amykzca I see. My daughter really likes the masks. It seems silly to return used masks. What if I send you $20 with the return of the unused adult masks in order to keep the kids masks? It's too bad Posh has such limited options!

amykzca @kiwisgb80 Sarah they have responded that for partial return no label will be sent. For the label they send they require complete return. Can you send using first class label with signature and enter tracking info into posh system?

kiwisgb80 @amykzca I thought you were going to issue a full refund if I send you $20 cash with the returned adult masks for keeping the kid masks? I would need the updated shipping address label though. If not, I'll reach back out to Posh for the $5 credit I declined before and re-sell your adult masks myself. Not sure what else I can do. Returning used kids masks makes no sense.
