Hi, I'm Sarah! Thanks for stopping by! I love natural fabrics like linen, silk, wool, and leather. Lately I've been into Eileen Fisher washable silk tops and dresses, Diane von Furstenburg, Stuart Weitzman, and Helmut Lang. I especially love unusual geometric cuts, vintage rhinestones, and unexpected combinations like edgy/gritty masculine boots with a floral or silk dress. sac80 Wow. What a cool and sculptural brand. I think I always ignored it because it was a brand that was clearly out of reach for a grad student, at least new. Posh is changing all that : ) I also saw that Prabal Gurung has a line for Target now - saw a dress with an extraordinary print on Posh the other day.

sac80 I just wanted to add that my ship time looks absurdly long right now - I actually shipped my first orders in a day or two, but mail got held up by USPS for a really long time (with no tracking updates). Might have been hurricane related, based on my location - since the packages were sent from a dropbox there was apparently no initial shipment scan. Rest assured that I do everything I can to ship rapidly! I know what it's like to want your Posh purchase as soon as possible :)

I've been living on the East Coast for years for school, so I'm likely not allowed in Chicago Poshers - but if you have any thoughts on finding local groups (East Coast, South, the Carolinas, etc.) I'd be interested. Also, do you think there are safety issues related to including your university affiliation with your account? I've been considering that for awhile.

ppamprrd @sac80 oh..ok. I didn't understand that you lived on the East Coast. There is a closet called @official_forum and if you dig around, you might find a local group of Poshers. As far a associating with your school, rather than put in on your profile, you can follow Poshers that have and find a few that you are comfortable engaging. I thinker that is a better route, especially because you have expressed some hesitation.
