Hi! My name is Sarah and welcome to my closet! All high end and name brand items in my closet are all 100% Authentic. All items being sold are anywhere from NIB, NWOB, NWT, NWOT, or in like new condition. Mostly the clothes are the items that are pre-loved and I will state condition on all postings. All makeup and skincare products are all new and have not been swatched or used. Pricing: I try to price all of my items fairly, based on the fees, but the prices are never firm. dksdesigns @styletrends4u . I received the skirt I purchased from you today and the postal service delivered a ripped open package that looked burned on the corner. The skirt is ripped and the lovely item that was added was opened up and is all over the skirt. I think the post office will/should cover this package because of the damage. Do you have an idea of what I need to do to resolve this damaged skirt? Sorry, it wasn’t your fault. I’ve never had this happen before so I don’t know what to do.

styletrends4u @dksdesigns OH no!!! That's never happened to any of my deliveries either! I'm so.sorry that happened. Contact Poshmark. I'm hoping they can provide you a refund, they will ask you for a photo for proof...according to what I read. and I will place a claim as well.

dksdesigns @styletrends4u I will contact usps first because it was their damage! I think with priority shipping they should cover the cost. I’ve never had it happen either but I thought you would want to know. Maybe a box for shipping is better than a bag but I’ve also had plenty of bags shipped with no issue.🤷🏻‍♀️ I will contact Poshmark only if usps won’t handle it. Thanks!
