Hi Sarah, thanks for the feedback. I really wish you’d communicated with me prior to leaving your rating; I’d have gladly honored a return! They were brand new; he took the tags off, tried them on and said, “too small”, and I put them in a plastic bag until you brought them, so I’m not sure how they got a spot on them. I inspect every item before I ship it and didn’t see a spot. I’ve never received this kind of feedback before.

In any case I’m sorry you weren’t happy with them, that’s definitely not my goal. Posh won’t accept returns after you’ve rated but I’m open to finding a creative way to make this right for you!
