Please note that sellers take reviews and ratings very seriously. It's our livelihood and communication is key. Please give a seller a chance to fix the issue or problem instead of immediately rating them poorly due to an item being damaged in transit.

j_melyn The item you mentioned was in a sealed plastic bag inside an organza bag that was inside a packaged sealed padded bubble envelope. It had to have been damaged in transit. Please notify the seller before rating as almost all sellers will work hard to fix any problems that occurred in shipping. Take care
