@josiela Hi! I’m so sorry about that! I know the post office is overwhelmed right now but I’ve sent other packages that have delivered. I will see if I can find anything out, it might be in transit to your post office, I noticed that USPS doesn’t always update the status in a timely manner.

It left my post office 12/7 and is still in route to yours, it’s still on track to deliver per the post office. Sorry about that, I had a similar experience with some purchases I’ve made. I think the mail system is just struggling to keep up.

@spk83 thank you! I’ve just never had a package sit at a post office for 17 days. It has been at the same post office since 12/7 and hasn’t moved. I’ve tracked on usps and posh and zero movement. Was a Christmas gift 😩
