faithandhope24 Hello Sarah - As I was preparing your “Ampersand” bag for shipping I was checking the interior bag that snaps to the main bag. Unfortunately Instead of pulling the two metal pieces apart I pulled the whole snap out of the leather. I have dropped it at the shoe/luggage repair shop. It will be ready for pickup tomorrow.
