faithandhope24 Hello Sarah - As I was preparing your “Ampersand” bag for shipping I was checking the interior bag that snaps to the main bag. Unfortunately Instead of pulling the two metal pieces apart I pulled the whole snap out of the leather. I have dropped it at the shoe/luggage repair shop. It will be ready for pickup tomorrow. (1 of 2 messages)

faithandhope24 @sarahstelladot Yes, it is in very good condition. I have confidence in the people that are replacing the snap. I will send pictures if I am able - since it is sold I am not sure I can edit to add more pics but will give it a try.
