@lithium12 actually what happened was I bought it for my sister for her birthday and she loved the bag but not the color, so I thought I would keep it for myself but it ended up never being used, because I usually use crossbody bags, I never have enough to carry for a bag of this size. She then my sister ended up buying the black one for herself lol and I lost the receipt so I couldn't return it
