sweetvelvet @gr8fulpearl Hi Sarah. I hope you're feeling better. I just wanted to let you know... there may be major shipping delay son anything you send out. Two pkgs I was supposed to get haven't arrived. Apparently the USPS lost a whole pallet of Amazon orders & a bunch more. The system can't cope, so they're telling me to call back in a week, but it's not considered "lost" for a month. I just wanted to give you a heads up Sweetie. :)

sweetvelvet @gr8fulpearl USPS said it's a nationwide issue, and hopefully the pkgs will get here by the end of the month, but they won't get scanned in again until they reach my local Post Office so the tracking is pretty much useless for now. I just wanted to let you know that you might experience major delays on anything you send out this month, even though it's still really early for the Christmas rush. *Hugs*

And I’m sure I’ve told you (or hopefully you’ve checked out my love notes? 😉) but I always include super personalized high end gifts, I try to get to know my buyers to make sure I can tailor their package to them. sarah_starrdust @karas717 Hello. I store all of my items that I sell in bins away from my pets in a closed closet. I do have cats and dogs. That said, the animals are not around my clothing, especially the cats. My corgis tend to follow me, but they do not get into the bins. I wash and use a lint roller on every item pre shipping just to be sure that there is no pet hair.

I wish this process was 100% perfect and I do everything in my power to come as close to perfect as I can. To my knowledge, I've not had any issues with this and I've been selling for 4 years.

karas717 @gr8fulpearl I too am very particular about my listing I understand that part. I’m however allergic to cats and this dress is full of hair I washed it 3x can’t get it all out. Not sure what to do I used a lint roller as well to try to get more off. But I will need to return it, maybe if you let potential buyers know that have allergies your about didn’t say you had cats so I assume it was ok to buy from u

sarah_starrdust @karas717 I specify in my listings that my items come from a smoke free home. I am always open to questions and answer them honestly. As mentioned, I have processes in place to be sure the item is delivered to a buyer in a clean state. I cannot know that a buyer has an allergy or sensitivity unless they contact me before purchasing. I would expect that any buyer with questions of any type not covered in my listings would ask ahead of time.

I have outlined what I do to ensure a good item/ transaction. It may be helpful to you in future poshing to ask these types of questions before purchasing an item just to be sure. In my experience, it is best not to assume anything. However you proceed I'll respond accordingly and let PM make the decision.
