imingenius Hi Sarah! I went to the post office this morning because I was concerned about the shipping status of your package. I was told that the package was DEFINITELY shipped and went through Indianapolis, but USPS was having an issue as they are upgrading their system and some tracking is not updating properly. I was assured that you WILL receive your package, but it may not reflect on the Poshmark tracking. CONT...

imingenius Hi Sarah! 😁 The post office said that you’ve received your package and I just wanted to make sure that everything was good? There’s really not a way to accept the package through Poshmark, and I completely understand you’re not able to release payment (which I’m totally okay with) but I was wondering if you could still give me feedback on my page so it doesn’t look like I never shipped it to you? I’d really appreciate it and hope you enjoy your earrings!!! ❤️😁

sstock26 @imingenius Hi! As of yesterday, I hadn’t received it and the mail won’t be delivered today for a couple hours yet. Usually between 2&3 pm Central time. I don’t have a problem releasing the funds and giving feedback, and will do so as soon as I get it. Thank you!!! I so appreciate all your trouble and follow up on this!

I hate that this has happened and don’t understand what’s going on! 😢 CONT....

imingenius CONT..... The telephone number to the Deedsville Post Office is 574.382.3034...that’s the one in my little town and she said it was delivered today to a home address. But, again, I am so sorry...this sucks. ☹️

imingenius Hi Sarah! :) The post office in Deedsville doesn’t have an automated system because our town is so tiny. Everything is done manually, but she said she is sure that she scanned it in and the only thing she can think is that, maybe because the envelope wasn’t completely flat, it didn’t scan in correctly, in which case it would be her mistake for not confirming. The Post Master said that she could explain it all to you when you call. I hope it puts your mind at ease. 🙂

Has Posh said anything in response to your inquiry? I will try to call the PO over there tomorrow, it’s been a bit busy this week with the return of dry and normal temps!

imingenius Hi Sarah.....just a quick update. The Post Masters name is Beth and she was able to get the tracking number....it is: 9405 5108 9935 9438 6874 94 Since the package isn’t tracking through the system, though, she said she didn’t think it’d do much good, but she swears that when she scanned it in, it beeped...meaning it did scan. Perplexing. 🧐
