jenya_h Hi dear, I’m very sorry you not happy with your purchase but I can assure you that’s not pet hair. Since I don’t have any pets in household and my son is allergic so I know the drill. The only one thing I can think of if top was accidentally dropped on my wool rug and just got rug residue. I’m so very sorry I didn’t notice while I was packing. Let me know if there is anything I can do
