stylist69 Hi Sarah, I'm sorry that you are not happy with the Missoni hat. I'm a interior designer and it was a client gift . Boxed , from Bergdorf Goodman (in the comments before you purchased it. )Box was damaged during a move .I try to send items in a appealing way. It is 100 % authentic , worth a lot more than I asked . Has its original tag , Missoni label and was made in Italy. I sell nothing fake. I'm disappointed by the rating , All my items have sold with a perfect 5 star rating .

jillknight391 Hi Sarah, what bracelet was broken? I did not see any pieces with defects. These items were all in there originally packaging from Paparazzi double bagged and boxed with paper. I don’t know what more I could have done to avoid your disappointment and low rating.
