outofthegate @aviva1 Hi Sarah, after I washed these the canvas color faded, so issuing your refund, pic in my closet of item as it is now, at lower price. Can’t sell them for price you paid due to washing. So sorry!

outofthegate @aviva1 Sarah, I sent shoes Friday and marked package as shipped! I notified Posh when I got a message to ship it. Looks like it may have shipped but hasn’t tracked. Sigh. Giving you a heads up! Hopefully tracking shows up soon, as does your pkg!
