I'm sorry that the necklace broke. You said on the 1st day of wearing it. You had 3 days to accept the item and if you would have reported this within the time frame you could have gotten your money back.

@mjsstuff yes but I didn’t wear it immediately. I said it broke the first time I wore it. But I waited approx a week before actually putting it in because It didn’t match my outfits
