niftylisa Hey there I I had no idea these were tc, I only where os so I’m very sorry for the mistake. There was no intention on my part by adding a free shirt either I add a free item with everyone’s order every time. I’m happy to give you a full refund just let me know how I can process that for you in return could you please change the Feedback to five stars because one star greatly hurt my reputation that is really so far to date stellar on Poshmark!

niftylisa I’m hoping your help resolve this, this is my livelihood and I strive to do the best and have all customers happy. I hope you can help address my comment to you about your rating and comment. I’m here anxiously awaiting to make this right. A 1 star review could risk me losing my high level ambassador status. Customer service is very important to me so I hope you’ll work with me on this. 😢

splab @niftylisa Thank you for offering to correct this mistake. I do think though that you should pay more attention to the items you list and their sizes. If they were listed as TC I wouldn’t have purchased them in the first place. Also the quality is definitely not “gently” worn; the entire groin area is faded. I think in this case a refund would be the best customer service.

niftylisa @splab I completely understand, and I apologize in addition I have 2 helpers I will need to ask to be much more careful as well. I’ve been going through cancer and hemp therapy has my brain a bit foggy so I hired helpers. What is your email for online refund? I can send it over or send in mail? What would you prefer? Could you please change the review before Poshmark records it against me. We have 1 day to make a change before it’s permanent.
