sgoersch @wirefoxsarah hi! Just got off the phone with USPS. They said it looks like a case was opened yesterday (I’m assuming that occurred when you called). They said someone should get back to you in 2-3 business days.

sgoersch Best case scenario they find the package and it gets delivered, worst case it’s lost and the package is insured so we should be able to claim for it. I will also be filling a missing mail application as instructed by the USPS worker on the phone. I can’t open a case since a case is already open. I hope they call you with good news! If not I can try and figure out how the insurance situation works.

michicali @sgoersch Thanks for looking into it! I wonder if the call in 2-3 business days was actually the call back I received yesterday. We'll see. In the meantime, I got this "service number": 13672305. I hope that helps with the claim, if it comes to that. Fingers crossed it turns up! :-)

michicali @sgoersch I received a call today, but the lady didn't really have an info. Then I just got the notice that the purchase was cancelled. I hope that doesn't put you out. What a bummer!!

sgoersch @wirefoxsarah Hi, Sarah! No worries. I contacted poshmark and it sounds like we will both be compensated. You should receive a refund and I should receive what would have been the profit amount. Please let me know if you do not receive some kind of account credit or refund! I will reach back out to Poshmark support if needed.
