I just started last month and found sharing other Poshers items grows your followers. Also, go into your My Posh Stats and scroll down until you see New Poshers shared. Click on that, and click on Find New Poshers and start hitting the blue button to follow for the Tab that says Just Joined and the Fresh Closets. Following others will get them to follow you!!!
