emmberry2 @treasures2luv Hi Monica, very nice to meet you! Do you mean the “Sarah Posh Ambassador” heading on my closet? You can go to Edit Profile and change your name. I put the stars and Sarah Posh Ambassador as my first name and the heart as my last name, but you can play around with your name to make it how you like it! I hope that answers your question? emmberry2 @foxgirlqt1981 hi! You should follow a lot of people, many will follow you in return. Share your closet 2-3 times a day, and don't forget to share other people's listings too. Be very descriptive in your descriptions, especially of any imperfections, and it's good to provide basic measurements (eg waist, chest, inseam, etc) in your descriptions as well. Most of all, have fun!! :-) Happy poshing!

emmberry2 @bargaingirls09 hi! Yes you can either request the money to be sent to you via check, or you can put in your bank info here on Poshmark and when you request the money it can be electronically deposited into your account. Very cool!

emmberry2 @uptowndude1 Hi! The tracking number is 9405510899359745020724. Your're not alone, all of the packages I dropped off at the post office on Monday were marked as Delivered later in the day. Since it was all of the packages I'm guessing some newbie at the post office mistakenly marked them as Delivered instead of Received by Post Office. I researched this and typically when this happens it still gets delivered within the normal time frame (2 or 3 days) even though it doesn't track properly.

emmberry2 @uptowndude1 Poshmark does protect buyers though, so if you don't receive it today you can go into your order and report it as "Did not receive item" and they will give you a few extra days to wait for it to be delivered. Sorry about this hassle, I was also very confused when all my packages I sent were marked as Delivered soon after dropping them off! I guess this mistake happens sometimes, but sounds like it doesn't interfere with actual delivery. Keep your eyes open for it today! :-)

parys1453 Sarah, I had recently purchased a pair of mens AG Protege Jeans from you. Black, size 42 X34. Coincidentally, I received the AG Jeans today. The fit around the waist was nearly perfect. However, the previous owner must have had some significant alterations to the inseam length because even though they are marked with a 34 inch inseam they only measure approximately 26 inches. Way too short unfortunately. I've requested a return. So sorry for the hassle.

emmberry2 @brandytrievel hi! I shipped them yesterday and I see that they are “pending acceptance” today. There is no way they were delivered in one day. This happened to me before where the post office worker accidentally marks it as delivered by mistake. Since your order was a 2-day delivery I would expect it to be delivered tomorrow or Thursday at the latest.

emmberry2 @brandytrievel if you don’t get them by Thursday you can go into your order and mark it “delivered but I can’t locate the order” and Poshmark gives you a few extra days before marking the order as completed

emmberry2 @brandytrievel yeah this exact thing happened a while ago to all 5 orders I shipped that day. All of them were delivered properly, just the tracking info was messed up. Probably a newbie at the post office selecting “delivered to post office” instead of the correct “received by post office”
