yourgoodfortune Welcome Posher, Whether you are going to buy, or sell I'll give you some advice. Make sure you share your own items to your followers frequently. Just because they’re following you doesn’t mean they have seen your entire closet, and when you share other Poshers items they typically share your items to their thousands of followers. I have Coach, Kate Spade, Tory Burch, Louis Vuitton and Michael Kors in my closet and list more every day.

luvin_life Hello Sarah. I was so exciting get my raincoat for my upcoming trip but unfortunately what was received was a cardigan sweater. Clearly the orders have been mixed up so I’ll send this back but the other issue is that I would need the jacket by Friday. So I will need to go buy a different one for my trip. I’ll let poshmark know but wanted you to be aware first

kitschystyle @luvin_life oh no- I’m so sorry I must have mixed up the labels. Before you sent it back can you submit a request with Poshmark that you received the wrong item. They will give you knew label for it to go to correct customer. I’m so very sorry about the mix up

luvin_life @slertz thanks for your quick response. I had already contacted PM before I saw your message. Happy to help if I can but I’m so upset about that jacket. I’m afraid I won’t get it by Friday if it is resent which means I would need to cancel. I’ve never had an issue before so I’m not sure what the protocol is as far as getting my $ back. If they send me a label to send to the customer that was supposed have received I can send it in its way

Sorry this is all on your thread. Your closet is awesome and clearly you are a great seller and very responsive so anyone buying from you should feel confident that although mistakes happen they are in good hands

luvin_life @slertz can you please contact poshmark and request a refund for me on this jacket. They are asking me to send the sweater but they didn’t resolve my problem only yours. This is an issue. Please verify I am receiving a refund. The jacket should go back to you. Not me. I won’t be available to receive it. I appreciate your help. Just a bit frustrated right now as I have a lot to do before my trip and this is not something I want to be dealing with. Would appreciate you resolving ASAP
