vanityhangers I am sorry that the sandals you bought tore up. I make sure that this and all my products are in good shape before I sell them. Remember that your review was a positive one when you received the sandals and you gave me 5 stars. The fact is that you had a certain time frame to have complained and taken action. Now, almost two weeks latter you are not happy and took away my 5 stars and left one star... this is contradicting.
